Need Help: What's your biggest frustration with dealing with REO's?

Hey REALTOR friends! Please help me on a project... I'm writing an article and want some additional feedback to make sure I haven't missed anything...

What is your TOP pet peeve with dealing with REO properties, and what is your #1 "workaround" that you've used to deal with REO property glitches? (they 2 answers don't need to be to the same problem).

example: unresponsiveness of listing agents, paperwork headaches, etc.

Thanks a bunch for the help!  I'll post the article here when I'm all done!

lack of information provided by listing agent up front.

I provide my buyers with a sheet that outlines the different types of transactions and what kinds of things they can expect with each one. I let them know that REO listings are all very different and challenging - they will really need to love that property to put up with the challenges.

Thanks Dena!  REO's should be the EASIEST to sell, since there's no emotional involvement from the seller's side...
