We've all heard of Pinterest. Besides being a fun place to post photos of our hobbies and interests, many of us use it for our business. It can be a valuable tool to drive traffic to our website or blog. Realtors® can upload a listing photo and link it back to the appropriate web page. Sharing photos and creating a community on Pinterest are also great ways of creating online visibility. But I wondered if there was a Pinterest-type place specifically designed for Realtors® to post their listings.
HouseHappy appears to be the Pinterest of listings. This is how HouseHappy describes itself, "We are a user generated, photo-driven real estate search engine. We are a platform for buyers, sellers, and brokers to connect, search, and post property for sale–for free".
Although HouseHappy doesn't syndicate, they do offer a one-click sharing option that goes to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and email. You'll also be given a badge to place on your website and blog. The site is mobile-ready.
