Pasadena CA - Mountain Park Villas Townhomes for Sale

Located in a desirable neighborhood in Northeast Pasadena which consists primarily of single family homes is the Mountain Park Villas townhome complex. Built in 1965, the 70 residences at Mountain Park Villas have two or three bedrooms in a variety of single and multi-level floor plans. Each residence has an attached garage and a patio. Some have balconies as well. Fireplaces and abundant storage as well as laundry connections are part of the interior features and some have bonus rooms, dens and family rooms.

The grounds of Mountain Park Villas are extensive with walkways lined with mature plants and trees. There is a pool, spa and lounge area. Recent complex common area updates include pool/spa renovations, new roofs and exterior paint. Located on Altadena, Mountain and Loma Vista streets, the well-maintained complex is directly across from Victory Park.

Victory Park with its community center, playground, field and open space is home to the popular Saturday morning Farmer’s Market. Each January, the Rose Parade ends near the park and the floats are available for viewing for a few days - a great opportunity to see them up close.

There is currently one Mountain Park Villas townhomes for sale. This is a three bedrooms, three bath unit with approximately 1364 square feet and priced at $449,000. According to our local multiple listing service there have been two sales in the complex since January. Both were the same size as the current listing and both closed for $445,000.

In 2012 there were six Mountain Park Villas for sale and closed. They ranged in closed sales price from $305,000 to $428,000 with an average sales price of $360,643(median $345,500). Five were standard sales and the remaining was a short sale.

Bob - the Hawaii-like dew might be influenced by the December weather when I took these photos.

Roger - lots of land at Mountain Park Villas townhomes in Pasadena. This would be very difficult(let alone much more expensive) to replicate today.
