Lauderdale Luxury Real Estate Market and, of the 27 homes sold, all but 5 of them are Waterfront Homes and all but 2 have Pools.

These homes are located in Davie, Ft. Lauderdale, Lighthouse Point, Miramar, Parkland, Plantation, Sea Ranch Lakes, and Weston.

The 27 homes sold are located in Bay Colony, Beach Way Heights, Bermuda-Riviera, Coral Isles, Coral Ridge Galt, Everglades Sugar and Land Company, Kapok Grove Estates, Lighthouse Point, Plantation Acres, Rio Vista Isles, Sea Island, Sea Ranch Lakes, Stonebrook Estates, Tall Pines, The Landings, Venetian Isles, Westridge, and Windmill Ranch Estates.

During the month of January, in Broward County, 5 Townhouses and Condos sold at final sales prices of $1,000,000+.  They are all Waterfront buildings, Las Olas Beach Cub (3 sold), Europa by the Sea, and Alhambra Place.  The sold at final sales prices between 1,060,000 and 2,105,000.
