No, "The Sweet Spot" isn't the latest Mason Ohio subdivision, although Mason has a wide variety of subdivisions with homes for sale!  "The Sweet Spot" is a type of home we love to have the opportunity to sell in Mason! For many people, they're starter homes, in mature subdivisions, but not TOO old!  Maybe a pool community, probably lots of cul de sac streets!  Places like Simpson Creek Farms and Concord Crossing as a couple of examples.

Typical Sweet Spot characteristics for these starter homes for sale in the Mason school district include:

  • List price of $150,000 to $250,000. 
  • Three or more bedrooms
  • Three or more total baths
  • Not more than 25 years old
  • 2 or more car garage
  • Full basement, ideally finished.

Liz and Bill, you're so right.  When a new listing comes on in the "sweet spot" in Mason, home buyers really do need to act quickly.  Maybe, some homesellers will call you soon to list their Mason home for sale because the inventory is so low.  Great information for home buyers and sellers in Mason.

Juli, We haven't seen as many houses entering the market as the usual spring blitz.  Maybe with the schools finishing up that'll change.  Either that, or the next couple of years will return to an abundance of homes for sale.

Beth, We work with both buyers and sellers, so we want both sides to understand the local market and the benefits working with us can bring them.  This portion of the Mason market stays in demand, whereas the luxury segment can slow down considerably.  People want Mason schools, and this price point is a great entry for those that can't or don't choose the McMansions.

Barbara, These homes always seem to be high demand.  We might not have the absolute craziness of some markets with 30 offers in 3 days, but for our area, these homes do quite well.
