The Ellis Team State of the Market Report

   Brett received his Bachelors degree in Finance from Illinois State
University. Brett studied corporate finance, world markets, law, advanced
financial theory, short-term capital management, economics, accounting, and
real estate.  Brett also received a minor in Business Administration.



Brett has been selling real estate since 1988.  Together with his parents
Sande and Mike, the Ellis Team is one of the Top Real Estate Sales Teams in
Lee County, and has been named Top 100 Agents in America by Realtor
Magazine.  In 2006, RE/MAX named the Ellis Team the Top Agents in the entire
state of Florida for RE/MAX.  They are also consistently in the Top 100
agents in the country.  As a rainmaker, Brett primarily lists and negotiates
contracts, and handles media relations.  The Ellis Team has 7 licensed
agents and 4 full-time assistants working together.



Brett has appeared multiple times on RE/MAX Satellite Network, written
articles for RE/MAX Times newspaper, appeared on local TV shows, and is a
regular source for the News-Press, local ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates.
Brett has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and various
publications.  The Ellis Team hosts a weekly radio show entitled "The Future
of Real Estate" centering on local and national real estate trends and
topics and fields listener call-in questions, and provides content for
ABC-7.com and NBC-2.com



Brett is an accomplished speaker, speaking at various conventions like
RE/MAX International conventions, CRS conventions, Florida Association of
Realtors convention, Star Power Annual convention, various state and local
conventions, as well as training agents at Star Power University.


Brett has a true passion for finance, business planning, and helping buyers
and sellers understanding the complex real estate maze.
