The real estate sales activity in the Age Qualified Community of Sun City Summerlin has been very busy during the month of May with 18 homes closing escrow.
The median selling price for those 18 homes was $256,500 or $141.85 per square foot, while all homes sold at a 97% list to sales price ratio.
The median days on the market was 30 days which when combined with the 97% ratio of list to sales price certainly makes for a sellers market.
Let's not exclude the buyers upside which still continues to be very low mortgage rates and pricing that remains much below the peak pricing period of a few years ago.
