Sound Transit plans progress toward construction on I90 in 2015

Plans to add Sound Transit lines on I-90 are progressing so we'll finally have an East/West link by 2023. Looks like construction will begin in 2015. I'm wondering if this will prompt more people to buy a Good To Go! pass for 520 now....  http://developer.soundtransit.org/Projects-and-Plans/East-Link-Extension
