Carlsbad 92008 CA Real Estate Report for Dollar Value 2nd Quarter 2013

Well, this is only for the 2nd quarter of 2013 of currently active inventory in Carlsbad CA 92008 .  The active inventory includes all current homes on the market but not yet sold.  Active, pending escrow and contingent escrows.  I'm not going to say much because I don't have to, just look at the numbers pulled from the MLS, Sandicor this afternoon, May 31, 2013.  If you have been following the real estate market the last few years, the numbers here are astronomical compared to just a couple years ago.  In fact, within the last 18 months one could purchase a 3 bedroom home in the low $400k range and one cute home I know about sold for $385,000. 

The most affordable SFR in Carlsbad CA 92008 is a 3 bedroom, 1222 sq ft priced $525,000.

As you can see in the report above for zip code 92008 the average list price is $838,746.  This is way up from just last year for those of you following the market and thinking about selling your home or investment property but waiting for prices to go up!  Now is the time folks, buyer demand is at record highs with multiple offers on homes priced at market and many are being bid up by multiple offers!!!  Call me (760-889-8877) for a complete update on home and interest rates, we can offer educated opinions for future value by entering predetermined variables.
