Benica Property Management - success begets succes
The other day at the local store I came across a local woman that my wife and I both know but hadn’t seen in a while. We greeted one another and chatted for a bit and then she said something that really struck me. It was her tone, her absolute sincerity, which made the impression. With great emphasis she told me “Delgado Property Management has ALL the listings in town!”
I thanked her nicely, but secretly thought she was just being polite and went on my way. Well, today I checked out the websites of Benicia Property Management companies and guess what… she was right!

Although I’ve hidden the names, this is a shot of the rental listings from our most respected Benicia Property Management competitor in town. Note that of the 7 listings, 1 is commercial, 3 aren’t available until July, and one has a pending application. Thus, there are actually only two current listings on this, a very respected site.
Here is another long-time Benicia Property Management company. Of the six apparent listings, three are noted as having applications. Thus, there are only actually three current listings on this well-established site.
I decided to give a small start-up company a glance. Given what I saw, they may want to up their game a tad.
I then proceeded to a relative newcomer to our area, but still a national rental powerhouse to see their offerings. Well, they indicate 19 listings available. But, they cover a 7 county region in order to produce those 19 listings. Some of those homes are at least a two -hour drive from here!
Finally I checked what you might call a “regional” mover and shaker. It took me a moment to even find their listings from their home page. Once I found them and narrowed the search down to Benicia, I found two listings, both actually in Vallejo and so none here in Benicia. (Yet they still bill themselves as #1 in the County?)
So, maybe our local friend was right, Delgado Property Management does have all of the Benicia Property Management listings!
