The Powder Pointe condominiums sit on a prime location just across Empire Avenue from Park City Mountain Resort. So, though these are not ski-in/ski-out properties and can not be advertised as such, in reality they are just an easy 5 minute walk to the lifts at a fraction of the price of a true ski property, and many of the units have killer ski run views.
They also have the added benefit of being a 2 minute walk from Park Avenue and about a 10 minute walk from Main Street. If you are not in the mood to walk, Powder Pointe is located directly behind the bus route on Empire and a block away from the return route to Canyons Resort on Park Avenue.
At Powder Pointe it is all about location.
The Powder Pointe development was built in 1986 and consists mainly of one bedroom condos around 600 square feet with the rest being two bedroom loft condos with about 950 square feet. The square footage can vary a bit from unit to unit.
There is also a large common area hot tub for the units here.
There is currently just one unit available at Powder Pointe. It is a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit at 602 square feet priced at $265,000. It has been recently remodeled and comes fully furnished.

Another advantage to this unit is that the owners have been renting it themselves using VRBO and that would be a fully transferable business.
Also the Powder Pointe unit does not have a front desk or central check in system so these units do qualify for conventional financing. That is always an important consideration in the Park City condo market.
