Monico Wisconsin, Trees, Bears, and a few Cranes
Monico, in addition to having some sort of strange multilegged hodag in its park is also the place where we have seen more bears than any other place in Wisconsin. It seems like every time you stop hiking to do an inventory plot one of these critters jumps up from where it was laying down to let us pass and runs away, while startling the forester as well.
