Texas Children's Hospital Katy holds Summer Book Drive

Texas Children's Summer Book Drive 2013 will start today Monday June 3, 2013 and run through Friday June 14, 2013. All donations should be dropped off at Advanced Dermatology Katy which is located at 430 S. Mason Rd. Katy Texas. Suite 101.

Folks can donate new puzzles, new and gently used adult and children's books, new board games, new computer games, and DVD’s to the Texas Children’s Hospital Pi Beta Phi patient library. Books can be in both english and Spanish. All of these donated items will be placed in the Texas Children’s library and will be available for all patients and and family members who go to the hospital for clinic visits.

Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus is located in Katy at Interstate i-10 and Barker Cypress and the address is 18200 Katy Freeway. The hospital is on the outbound feeder road of the interstate just west of Barker Cypress. Bob my friend, the Summer Book Drive being held by the Texas Children's Hospital there in Katy, sure is an outstanding event!!! Which I'm sure the mighty fine folks of Katy sure will show their support to and help the event to be a mighty big success!

The Hospitals up in my area sure could learn a mighty fine lesson from the Texas Children's Hospital and hold events as this as.

Great Localism post Bob! I love books and we recycle our books and take them where ever they will be appreciated. Laid Back Books in Alvin loves us! We had a credit there for a while. We used it up buying back books ;0) .... yeah we buy lots and lots of books.
