Sandpearl Clearwater Beach...Living at its finest!

Since my Clearwater Beach office at 490 Mandalay Ave is located in front of this newly constructed condominium,known as The Sandpearl...I thought I would write a bit about it.

Danny..it is just beautiful!You can usually find me at the resort in the coffee shop having an ice tea,staring out into the gulf.... when I am working out of that office.Sometimes sitting over by the piano...It is a great place!Nice and relaxing!

These units are gorgeous and have fantastic views. The clubhouse is a home all unto itself and a great fitness center. You don't feel like cooking...just call room service...life doesn't get any easier than that!
