Ed I know I keep on saying that the market will get better in Waterbury, but it is not showing the positive signs needed.  Hopefully my expectation of an improved market will begin to happen soon for Waterbury.

Ed, this just tells me that there are some great deals to be had in Waterbury and buyers better take heed because the rates are inching upwards...if ever there was a time to buy this is it.
