The current mix of available Henderson homes for sale is 84.1% regular sales, 9.4% short sales and 6.5% bank owned properties (REOs).
The median selling price for single-family homes in Henderson is up 25.54% from May 2012 to May 2013. At $219,700, this is the highest it has been since March 2009.
