In the first quarter of 2013, the Brunswick Maine's local real estate market saw a total of 37 residential transactions occur with an average sold price of 205K. This contrasts sharply with 2012 when 25 homes sold at an average sold price of 170K. Thus, there has been a transaction volume increase of 48% and a median price increase of 21%.
