Roger and I became friends after we noticed each other's comments on the posts of others. I remember I headed over to his blog to see who he was. He is funny and sincere; irreverent and thoughtful. His journey here has not been an easy one. When I first started reading his posts I suggested that he become a Rainmaker so that the public could find him. Roger, though made Rainmaker status point by point until he hit 500,000 points.
I’m very lucky because Roger’s brother Tony lives in this area and when he’s in town for a visit, we always get together. Roger is as you read him.... What you read is what you get!!
Along the way, Roger has shared with us his "not smoking today", his family stories, especially those of his beloved Mickey; his life in New York when he sold real estate; and encouraged all of us who wanted to lose weight by forming the group TakeIt Off in the Rain.
