Mom’s Hummus: Wordless Wednesday in Marina Del Rey, CA

Usually I make my own Hummus, in this instance Diane brought some home from the Century City Farmer’s Market. Check it out!

I used to make it, until TJ's organic version. I just add lemon and olive oil to it as a garnish with pomegranite seeds, paprika, and chopped parsley, that is the way they do it in Lebanon. I have not made it in a while...Time, the ultimate luxury is better spent outside, when TJ's does a good job. /A

Hi Endre - Hummus is a favorite, and the range of quality bewteen mass-produced and hand-made is amazing. Haven't seen Mom's around, but there are some local producers here that do a good job, better than my own pitiful efforts.
