Thanks, I missed this story first go round.  It is sad to see so many walk from their houses, but I agree with the article, many were banking on the fact that a house is the last thing a person would leave behind.  Many just don't have a choice, I don't think this is a light decision for anyone.  But the market, if left a bit alone, will get back on an even keel.

Good observation-the other point brought up in this piece is simple: enough people are going to be affected by this so later on, it probably willnot have such a bad impact on themwhole market.
