WHERE IS BRENTHAVEN?
This is a much sought after community located 14 miles south of Nashvillein Williamson County. Brenthaven resides inside a rough rectangle made up of Concord Road to the north, Wilson Pike to the east, Moore’s Lane to the south, and I65 to the west. Knox Valley Drive runs north to south from Concord Road to Moore’s Lane.
WHY IS BRENTHAVEN SPECIAL?
People have been moving to Brenthaven since the 1960’s. It has always been a family-friendly environment with acre sized lots and plenty of room for kids and pets. The streets are wide and there is a Bike Route along Knox Valley Drive. Residents take pride in their home and yard and keep them maintained.

Brenthaven consists of 716 homes and lots; yes, you still have the opportunity to build here! This neighborhood began in the 1960’s and continues stronger than ever today. The newer areas are called Parkside at Brenthaven and Brenthaven Place. Lot sizes range from just under an acre to almost 2 acres. There is a mixture of styles including one story ranches and 2 story traditionals. The square footage runs from 1600 to over 10,000. There are mostly 3 and 4 bedroom homes but some have as many as 8 bedrooms. The median sales price over the last year was $395,000.
WHAT SCHOOLS ARE ZONED FOR BRENTHAVEN?
