Wow, I'm a part-time agent with a full time day job, so this is the first time in my career where I've really felt like, I seem to be getting more calls than ever before. Referrals, sign calls, you name it. I was just wondering if other agents were noticing this. It seems to be a little early for a "spring" pickup. Maybe we're turning a corner, or maybe it's just coincidental. I feel like if I get many more clients I will need to quit my day job to take care of my clients.

Anybody else seeing this?

Kara, you might be right, it could be just a normal early spring pick-up.  Or could it be that we've hit the bottom of the bubble and are beginning to bounce back?

Kara,  The optimist in me wants to see a definite upturn !  We have seen a marked increase in attendees at open houses, requests for showings etc/   Hope this means a return to a more normal market !
