Just curious as to how low the prices went before they started back up. Here we were down 36% and have went back up 18% but that is still low

West Lafayette homes for sale

Charles, prices in the north county school system are up above 6% from the bottom average and median prices from 2009 and 2010. 

The homes for sale in the Lafayette school system reached their bottom in 2011 and 2012 and are up 12% from last year.

 

Homes in West Lafayette in the West Lafayette schools bottomed out in 2011 and average and median sale prices are up about 5% from then.
