I'm not sure if this is considered a blog, but I will run with it. I'm hosting a foreclosure seminar 3-08-08 for an investment group called Overjordan in Nor. Cal. I'm the facilitator of this meeting.

I'm in search of a nice conference room that will hold at least 50 people. Title offices are great!!!! hint hint j/k. I will also need a room that has a wi-fi connection. The time will be from 9-3 on that Saturday, there will be a lunch served, and the cost will be 25.00 per person.

I have called a few places in the area, but everything seems to be overpriced in my opinion. I wanted to reach out to the South Bay associates, and see if someone can give me any suggestions.

I really appreciate the time,

Sincerely,

Bernie Germani

Didn't you make enough over the last ten years raping homebuyers financially? Now you want to rob people of more money. I hate lying cheating mortgage jokers!!!

I'm not really sure why you are posting this, but it makes no sense to me. Simon, you should express yourself a lot more professional than what you just spoke about. You do not know me from Adam, and to put that slander out there in the open public, you need to be careful what you say.

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with a mortgage originator, but that was not me nor will it ever be me. You don't stay in business cheating people. Out of all my clients I have in the United States there is not one person who have gone into foreclosure, nor have I any guilt of what I have done for these amazing people. If you would like to speak to me directly please call me directly, and we can air out your ignorance.

Bernie: Try some local Public Libraries. Some have very lovely meeting rooms. I my experience the one I rented for a neighborhood meeting (South Pasadena) was very reasonable. Also a church or a syagogue might have a room available that fits your needs.

Ignore people like Simon. They pop up from time to time on Active Rain.

Michelle,

Thank you for your response. I actually will be hosting this foreclosure seminar in San Dimas, Ca on March 8, 2008.

I was able to get my title rep at First American Title to allow us to use the office space for free. I just now need to get lunch ideas and will be good to go.

Michelle, again thank you for your response. Michelle, maybe you could join us out there as Pasadena is  not far away. There will be a pre development opportunity as well, and if Realtors bring  people that buy, they are going to receive a 2.5% commission( If you don't have a license, we can work out something as well)

Please let me know if you need more information.
