We all sa w this coming, or at least I hope most saw it coming. Interest rates are rising and if a buyer is going to take advantage of them they should act quickly. The problem is that most homes are selling in mere hours and to cash buyers.
So a financed buyer may need to offer more than cash buyers are willing to offer.
