The number of sales in Chestnut Springs declined just a bit in the spring of 2013 as compared to the same time in 2012. Prices went up on average 1% which represents slow but steady growth.

Chestnut Springs remains the most affordable neighborhood in Brentwood TN. Built in 2002 to 2004, the all brick homes have attracted many young families, business professionals and retirees who are not interested in the typical large yards one finds in Brentwood. The Homeowners association fee includes lawn care.
Chestnut Springs is on the eastern side of Brentwood and is attached to the Walking Trails on Concord Road.
