So far this year, overall home sales were at 354 homes sold, a 44.5% change from this time last year. New Dallas North Texas Real Estate listings changed 25.5% for the same period last year with 187 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 10% change with 658 homes listed this year. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 16%, with 115 homes contracted.
