REAL ESTATE BROKER MARKETING TIPS FROM ATTORNEY STEVE
Okay, as a real estate lawyer I interface with a lot of very professional and successful real estate people. As such, when I see or hear good real estate brokering ideas, i am going to start sharing them. Some of them will probably be real obvious to alot of people, but that won't stop me because I have seen a lot of different things, and if my tips help just one real estate broker or salesperson make money, then all the better. Just don't forget me when you need a real estate lawyer!! : )
BROKER SPOTLIGHT - BOBBY LIEB, PHOENIX ARIZONA
Okay, there is a very successful real estate pro in the Phoenix area (when I say sucessful, I mean one of the best - especially in Central Phoenix area - notice how I mentioned his niche) and I went in to the local UPS store today and was very surpsied to see this there (I always send my legal documents from the same store, so this was a new one):
KEEP IT SIMPLE SILLY
As you can see, the setup is QUITE SIMPLE. You get a business card with the schedules of the local teams on it (in this case, it is the Arizona Doamondbacks baseball schedule). The back of the card has a magnet so it hangs nicely on your refrigerator.
Simple, useful, cool and it is little things like this that make me realize why some people are ultra successful, while others give excuses.
Yes, this took some ingenuity. Yest it cost money. Yes he had to get out and hustle (maybe he even had to crack a deal with the UPS store - I will find out, if you post a message I will let you know since I know the people that run the UPS store) but I know this pays off.
How do I know? I have seen this exact magnet hanging on at least two other friends houses.
Where there's two, there are probably a bunch more.
At any rate I am sure he won't be upset about the additional press he gets onine from this post.
ITS NOT ALL SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FOLKS!
That's how you do it people! Everything is NOT online marketing. "Boots on the street" is a tough philosophy to beat!
Have fun, work hard, and ABI (always be innovating).
GET YOUR NAME OUT THERE AND DOMINATE YOUR NICHE!
