Over the past week, I have been having computer problems with my backup computer in the office. I had our support guys to take a look and they did not seem to know what was wrong. I called the Dell folks and they spent hours and hours working through the problems and came up with the solutions.. It took 4 calls to get the job done, and I was able to recite all of the serial numbers and details by the end of the 4th call. But, Joe did the job and the computer works as it should .."Thank YOU Joe!".
These experts have the patience of Job and look methodically to find the problems. Either you love what you do or you get out of the business. Right.
Guess I still love Real Estate.... I have been doing this for over 30 years now..
