There is one condominium available at Catalina Townhouses -- an extensively renovated two bedroom/two bath unit with approximately 1309 square feet listed for $519,000(as of June 12, 2013). In March of this year a first floor unit closed for $455,000. In April, 2012, there was only one sale, a two bedroom short sale condo sold for $340,000. It should be noted that the last townhome sold in the complex was in 2011.
