Today’s View – June 13,  2013 – Mt. Airy, Md.21771 (HowardCounty) – Detached Homes

This is a market report for detached and semi-detached homes in the HowardCounty portion of Mt. Airy, Md.21771.  At the time of this report (06/13/2013) there are 16 such homes on the market FOR SALE, another 11 under contract, and four that have completed the sales process in the last 30 days.   Thus the housing absorption rate (16/4) for homes of this type in the report area is 4 months, what is considered to be a normal market.  These home are on property ranging in size for .62 acres to one over 55 acres. with the median being 1.98 acres
