Paul, this is something that can really cause some problems with out buyers.  City boundaries and school district boundaries are OFTER not the same.  And for us... we agents... to try and advise our buyers what is what... can often lead to major problems.  That is why when the question comes up, I always give the folks the name and phone number of the local school district... and tell them to find out for sure.

I think this can happen just about anywhere.
