Weight-Loss Challenge: Week 6

This week is exciting for me. I got over the hump - just say that I've gotten over a good mile marker for me. I worked too much last week, so I didnt get a chance to "eat well". Managed to lose some weight that way. Thought I post the reason for why all this weight loss challenge is about.....

It's WORTH all the pounds I put on...... Not easy to lose though!

Goal = 28 lbs.
Walked a total of 17 miles.
Weight loss this week = 2.4 lbs.
Total Weight Loss since 12/31/07 = 9.6 lbs

Gary, Gary, Gary...not only have you violated a deeply-treasured rule of blogging (Anything Interesting), but you may have insulted a hungry mom. That's dangerous territory, my friend!

Loreena, I shared with my wife about your blog. I'm inspired by your willingness to put it out there and be held accountable. I look around at everyone I know and physical health and financial health are two areas of great problems. Thanks for taking the lead and inspiring your clients, community, and the rest of us that know that nothing goes with working in Real Estate like an expanding waistline...unless you take action.
