Real Estate Agent with ..

Hi everyone,

I am a new real estate agent who needs training, training, training and training.

If you are a successful, busy agent or if you are looking into expanding your team to the next level, and need a real estate/personal assistant adding to your team to help you:

-monitor and follow up all listings;
-monitor and follow up on all sales and escrows;
-handle all incoming calls and screen calls;
-work with buyers;
-send out expired-listing letters;
-send out sphere of influence mailing;
-send out FSBO letters;
-call past clients for leads;
-keep all files neat and orderly;
-handle closing gifts;
-take care of all data entry and contact management;

and etc. so you can focus on taking more listings and negotiations, please don't hesitate to contact me!

My skills are:

- Fluent in 3 languages: Thai, German and English.

- Computer and internet savvy

-Administrative skills: Type 45 WPM, MS Works, Excel,
Photoshop, basic web design (HTML)

-Strong background in customer service.

-excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

-Goal and team-oriented.

-A fast learner; I catch on pretty quickly.

-Amateur artist: graphic design and photography; photo editing.

I'm currently with a broker office with which I am not satisfied due to lack of extensive training. Therefore, I want to find a better opportunity where I learn, train and grow. Unfortunately, my family is depending on my income. I cannot afford to solely rely on commission 100% which might or might not happen for a beginner as we all know the nature of real estate business.

However, I really really want to learn and grow in this business.

Someone has suggested that I should work as an agent's real estate/personal assistant to gain experience and get paid steady salary at the same time.

Despite my status as an inexperienced new agent, I believe that everything could be learned as long as the person is willing to. If you are in the process of expanding your team and look for a personal/real estate assistant and if you are willing to train a new agent to adapt to your team, please feel free to e-mail me.
