Thank you John McConnell, Professional Real Estate Photographer

I just wanted to thank my friend and trusted business partner, John McConnell for sharing his time and talent tonight in the Collin College CE Course on Home Staging.

John voluntarily presented a wonderful Power Point presentation, answered questions and gave some great tips on how to take better Real Estate photography for your MLS listings and marketing materials.

John will also be featured this month on Channel 8 News here in Dallas, TX for a special marketing promotional item he designed for a local Realtor who specializes in certain properties. For now it's top secret but more to come later, and I wish it was mine!

It is so important these days to have great quality photos on line because today's buyer starts to shop from the comfort of their home. Check out this ezine article on The Virtual Buyer for more information.

It's a team effort to get a house seen and sold today. Seller, Realtor, Home Stager & Photographer are just a few members of this valuable team of players that hits a home run for the successful sale of a property.

Hi Yvonne,yes it is a blessing to have someone you know, trust and respect be so willing to share with others. I believe I owe John a lunch or two! The team effort is certainly what I believe it's all about.

I'm sure John will be able to give some tips on that Kathy. The photography group is also a really great place to get that info. There was one camera (I cannot recall) that was highly recommended for stagers but of course I didn't get it...yet at least.

It's great to have a well-functioning team like that. So many of my fellow Realtors are still clueless about the value of good photography, and, of course, home staging, even in this day and age! Good luck!

We're slowly but surely getting the message out there - a comprehensive marketing package is what a successful home sale is all about and we're all on the same team. The Internet is the first place most buyers are looking now and for those that don't believe it or deny it - they are sure to find out but may be left behind in the process.

FOR Kathy Riggle Houston Home Staging-Staging Smart NSold GET A NIKON D40 or CANNON REBEL or something with those same specs. Karen is a great asset to anyone trying to get there company name out there, She's modest but she's also a great stager with outstanding communication skills. THE PERFECT TEACHER! She also a very good friend! My hats off to her amazing talents!
