What Are The Homes Like? The homes are 3-story townhomes; you enter through an enclosed area with a staircase or if you are lucky-a private elevator. The living portion of the home is divided into the two floors above. Some of the units have private elevators from the enclosed area. The living, dining and kitchen areas are on the second floor with a bedroom and bathroom. The third floor has two more bedrooms and a bath with a separate shower and tub.
