Homeowners fees are $175.00 per month and cover exterior painting, grounds maintenance, pest control, trash, roof escrows, security, and the clubhouse and poo.. Where Is It? Sea Forest Beach Club is located in New Port Richey. Go west on Cross Bayou Blvd, make a left at Sea Forest Drive. It's centrally located and there are restaurants, and businesses near by.

What Are The Homes Like? The homes are 3-story townhomes; you enter through an enclosed area with a staircase or if you are lucky-a private elevator. The living portion of the home is divided into the two floors above. Some of the units have private elevators from the enclosed area. The living, dining and kitchen areas are on the second floor with a bedroom and bathroom. The third floor has two more bedrooms and a bath with a separate shower and tub.
