This article describes Wanaque Reserve, one of the wonderful 55 and over communities in Passaic County, New Jersey, in Wanaque.
This community was built starting in 2007 and consists of 10 midrise buildings with three elevators in each building and an indoor garage.
There are three spacious carraige home models. The Colfax with approximately 1768 square feet, the Ryerson with about 1910 square feet and the Westbrook with about 2119 square feet.
At this time there are 20 condos on the market. The condos range in price from a 2 bedroom and a den with about 1768 square feet listed at $278,900 to a 3 bedroom with about 2550 square feet listed at $619,900, to a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo listed at $649,990.
In the past 6 months, one condo sold for $275,000 on 4/19/2013 and another sold for $518,525 on 12/31/2012.
The amenities in this community include a 20,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, community meeting rooms, health club, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis, bocce courts, shuffle board, card room and more. There are a wide variety of clubs and activities planned.
