Yesterday I had the pleasure of being a guest on a local radio program, Prime Talk, hosted by Mark Ross, the President of Prime Capital Mortgage every Monday during afternoon drive time.  Mark invited me to come on so that we could discuss First-Time Homebuyers.

He has been doing Prime Talk for quite some time now, and does a great job with his show (which I would expect from knowing his professionalism in the mortgage business).  Mark has been gracious enough to allow PSAs from one of the association committees we are on to be aired during his show, and I never pass up an opportunity to get my "million dollar voice" (okay, Simpson, get ahold of yourself) on the airwaves in one form or another!

 I just want to thank Mark for the opportunity and kudos for the folks at KJLL Tucson's Jolt Radio for helping me stumble and fumble my way through another PSA for our Homebuyer Fair.  They do a nice job of cleaning up my mistakes.  If you are in Tucson on a Monday afternoon, tune in and listen to Mark's show from 5 to 6 PM.  He compiles some valuable information about the economy and the mortgage market, spiced by guests from a wide variety of fields.  Check it out!
