The market is still showing strong signs for sellers. The closed Volume Sales is up 20.56% year over year. The Average Sales Price is up 6.32% year over year and the Months Supply is down 20.32%, which works out to 5.10 months of supply.
Interest rates are slowly creeping up and prices are rising. The market has had a 6% increase in the last 12 months. What are you waiting for?
