On June 17 Moncton City Council decided to, shall I say, put some skin in the game. The City of Moncton will soon purchase roughly 11 acres of land fronting on Main Street in the downtown core. City council selected the site as the best available location for a future downtown events centre. Now begins a process towards what could be a "game changer" for the City of Moncton.
The future of Moncton's downtown is now pregnant with possibilities. And as well the Moncton real estate market.
