In the Dallas real estate market today, everyone is fighting tooth and nail for listings because our inventory is rediculously low. Overall, our inventory stands at less than 2 months, but in most neighborhoods the inventory is measured in WEEKS, if not days. I've always been an avid technology geek, so the majority of my lead generation has been done online. I have moved a lot of marketing offline, but I think there still has to be a way. So what is the best way to do online seller lead generation?
I'm testing out a new template site that is designed around Pay Per Click ads, FB and FB ads, and Craigslist advertising. Because it is a lead capture page, there is no organic SEO benefits to the site, but it has been optimized to turn visits into leads. You can see the page at DallasHomeValues.info.
I've tried other sources like Top Producer's Market Snapshot and just haven't had success with it. I don't want to buy leads from Market Leader, Trulia, or Zillow. I know others have been successful with online seller lead generation and I'm trying to find out HOW? I don't want to depend on buyer leads who just happen to have a home to sell. I do great with generating buyer leads, but I'm looking to find out how to get in front of people who don't KNOW that they can sell thier home for a great price in today's market.
