An 8 foot tall bronze statue of Sun Mei was unveiled at the Sun Yat-sen Park in Keokea this month. Sun Mei was the older brother of Sun Yat-sen and was influential in his support of the Chinese Revolution. He lived on Maui and owned many properties including the Kahului General Store. Chinese visitors will be delighted to make this a stop on their travels to Hawaii.
