A common email I get during the short sale process
Hi Sidney,
I just checked my mail at the house and found a letter dated June 11, from a lady by the name of Debra Gorham at HSBC with the subject "short sale assistance" declining the short sale offer because they have not received all of the required documentation.
I don't know if this is old information, we have been out of town for a few days and haven't been at the house to check the mail. Is there any documentation we need to provide?
I can bring the letter over to you, along with any documents needed, but it will have to be tomorrow.

Not sure why you received this letter. Please get it to me for your file.
I think this is just another case of the banks right arm not knowing
what the left arm is doing. I see it often. It's hard to explain but......
The left arm has good news!
Today I received your short sale approvals,from both lenders!!
I will be sending you tomorrow both the approval letters. Are you ready to close?
