With the number of homes on the market declining prices first steadied and now are climbing. New construction is back though not as yet as robust as in the boom years. Percentage of the rise in prices depends on what report you read and how it is interpreted. This is true for all types of properties, houses and condos. Vacant land does not as yet seem to be as affected.
