Palm Beach Loves Its Dogs

Palm Beach loves its dogs. This is very apparent as you walk along Worth Avenue. We always enjoy taking a ride up to Worth Avenue this time of year. It's easy to get around and they have wonderful sales. To a dog lover like me, I immediately noticed the water bowls placed outside several of the stores. Palm Beach really loves its dogs!

These water bowls are for the dogs who pass by. (No, not the owners!) I was impressed! This is something I'd like to see in Mizner Park in Boca Raton and along Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. While Boca Raton and Delray Beach are both pet friendly, I don't remember ever seeing water bowls outside any stores.

This is so great to hear! Old Town Alexandria is also very dog friendly and there are an abundance of water bowls outside the doors...our brokerage has one, of course. And when it is really hot, they are filled with ice. ;-)

This is very common in Richmond VA as well. Carytown is a great place to browse various stores, people watch, and stroll the streets with your dog. It is always much appreciated when a nice bowl of water is available for our furry family members!

Elyse, this is SO important especially in sunny areas! People don't realize that dogs are 10 degrees hotter than humans....and water is the best way for them to stay healthy and happy in the summer. Some of course will dip their paws in, another way to stay cool.

I'm a HUGE dog lover and ALWAYS appreciate other animal lovers and advocates!
