can you sell a homein mexico?

I have been living in Mexico for 22 yrs. and wish to retire, and do some long term travel. I have a property that is a genuine jewel. It's just right for somebody who wants to live the paradise life I've been living all these years. A true golden opportunity that you won't see again. It's for someone that wants to LIVE the paradise life and make money too. A beachfront home. 2300 sq.ft.,two story, three bedroom, two and a half bath, oceanfront porch, and private rooftop sundeck. Separate servants quarters or guest apartment, on 600 meter lot. Pool. Nicely landscaped.
A moneymaking getaway or just live here as a full time or absentee owner in an international community. Located in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, the most visited vacation spot in the Caribbean (Cancun/Playa del Carmen ). Use it when you wish, rent if you wish. It way more than pays for every operating cost and taxes every year. An existing turnkey oceanfront home in a paradise setting.
You will be making money the minute you walk thru the door, as I already have several bookings for 2014, that will go to the new owner. Owning the real estate will give you a solid ROI as it will continue to appreciate in value each year, and if you rent, your positive cash flow will be humming. You can run your rental business online from anywhere you happen to be....and did I mention property taxes of $300US ( three hundred) per year? Most of my neighbors are American and Canadian. None live here full tiime. I live 30 minutes away.
Price in the high six figures, no owner financing. Please send me a private message if interested.

hi joanne......reason for selling is,  i want to travel long term and retire full time...no other motive....are you interested in selling it?

I am from the northeast and remember how i always wanted to escape winter. I have contacted several real estate brokers over the years in the USA to help me market homes I was selling in mexico. Invariably, they would go into the legalities of international sales and rigid corporate structure etc....That kind of thinking is beyond me. When i came to Mexico i became an upscale home builder, and I sold real estate also. Most of my "listings" were sold with a contract that was a handshake or a simple commission agreement. I was never cheated.... My philosophy was. "what do I have to lose by trying". The average actual work time involved per sale, was no more 5-10 hours on average. I made phone calls, sent info, and showed the properties. The closings here are always done by attorneys. I always dealt with high end properties, and my commission was 5% under a million of value, and 4% over a million. I did very, very well. Commission can easily be a referral fee, rather than a listing, and the percentage can be the same.
