I have an awesome VIP  Home Search Program that is designed for Buyers with specific needs....The Buyer will receive an automatic email when a home comes on the market that fits their criteria.  My program is linked to the MLS system..... any changes in the market will be automatically emailed to my Buyers in my VIP Program... It's interactive and the Buyer can make notes on their likes and dislikes, favorites and can delete the homes they don't like.
