Buyers buy neighborhoods as well as homes and the entry to your neighborhood provides their first impression. Often a buyer will decide on entering the neighborhood they would like to live there or would not want to live there.  I have had buyers who decided either way by the time they arrived at the home.  Those who would not want to live there will not look at homes.

Mr. and Ms. home owners, when you decide to sell your Rockwall, Texas home it's time for you to see your neighborhood as if for the first time.  Get in your cars and leave the neighborhood and slowly enter as if you had never seen it before. You will be surprised at what you see through these new eyes as if seeing it for the first time.

Proceed on through the neighborhood to see if everyone is keeping their yards well maintained.  This all goes toward showing pride of ownership living.  Take a look at your own home and see how prospective buyers will view your home.  A well maintained and landscaped lawn will WOW buyers to enter expecting the home to be that way too.  A poorly maintained yard will alert buyers that likely the home is not well kept either.
