Proceed on through the neighborhood to see if everyone is keeping their yards well maintained. This all goes toward showing pride of ownership living. Take a look at your own home and see how prospective buyers will view your home. A well maintained and landscaped lawn will WOW buyers to enter expecting the home to be that way too. A poorly maintained yard will alert buyers that likely the home is not well kept either.
