Anderson, South Carolina, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and only about an hour from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, lies in the northwestern corner of the State. We are near the Cherokee Indian Reservation and great small Mountain Getaways, like Highlands, Brevard, and Asheville to name a few.

We're just two hours from Atlanta and 30 minutes from Greenville. Right off the I-85 Interstate Highway, we are convenient to anywhere.

We have one of the biggest man made Lakes, Lake Hartwell and many smaller Lakes. Our Downtown area is having a major revitalisation

This is a picture of the New Courthouse which is across the Street from the original one.

We are know as "The Electric City" for our history of being one of the first cities having Electric power in the world.

The boom of development in the past year brought to Downtown Anderson new Restaurants and Great Local Specialty Shops
