We are all on different levels in our lives. Some are just starting and some are ready to get out of real estate after many years in the business. As a new agent begins his/her journey as a real estate professional he/she is up against some basic skill. A new agent has to learn all there is to know about the contracts, working with sellers and buyers, getting leads, negotiations, working with title companies, lenders, lawyers, and inspectors.
There is a lot to learn and sometimes the learning curve can be overwhelming. What about agents that have been around long enough to know all about the mechanics of a real estate transaction? Do you continue to learn or just coast along? Those agents that have been around for a few years, have you become too involved in your business that you don't have time to work on your business?
Where do you see your personal real estate company going? Are you growing, or slowing? If you are slowing what are you doing that is making you slow down? Or should I say what aren't you doing to make your business grow?
We are already half way into the first quarter of the year. How has your business been doing? What goals did you set for yourself that you have forgotten about or stopped doing because you are too involved in your business?
We all want to be financially free but there are activities that we are doing or not doing that are keeping us from our dreams. Most of our problems that keep us from growing are within us. We are the ones keeping ourselves from growing.
Our income can only grow as much as we do.
